Everdry Carpet Cleaning Terms & Conditions

All Prices are as estimated until a final official price is given upon inspection of booking. Basic Clean includes carpet cleaning with basic stain removal.Industrial Clean includes the treatment of ALL stains and heavily soiled areas, except Carpets affected by water damage, paint,blood and sewage are quoted upon inspection.

Be aware that not all stains can be removed. Room sizes quoted cover up to 12m2 per room. Booking date is subject to availability Combined Lounge/Dining room counts as 2 rooms.Persian/Oriental/Hand Woven rugs are quoted upon inspection or telephone. Any Mould effected areas cannot be removed.If at any point you "The customer" does not go through with the service a call out fee Or cancellation fee will be charged accordingly.

Also if a booking has been scheduled in for a day and our technicians turn up to the premises and there is no one in attendance a call out fee will be in incurred.Everdry Carpet Cleaning agrees to perform the work specified by the client in professional manner using every care to accomplish a satisfactory service. Everdry Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to make changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without any notice.

By ordering Everdry Carpet Cleaning via telephone, e-mail, fax or website the client is agreeing to be bound by the Everdry Cleaning Terms and Conditions of Service.The Client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed.In case of a complaint Everdry Carpet Cleaning requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. No claims will be entertained after the above limit.

If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.Everdry Carpet Cleaning will not be responsible for failing to remove old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods. Existing damage will be reported prior to commencing work.The Client may cancel / skip a cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours notice.
